PRODUCTION FACILITIES

The production Plant has 50 Thermoplastic Injection Machines ranging from 100 Tm to 1800 Tm. This provides I. Alegre with a big flexibility to cope with the variability not only of the production volumes but of the different parts as well, consequently satisfying our customer's demand.

Gas injection, conventional injection, paint facilities, welding facilities ( Ultrasonic, vibration & heat ) , automatic assembly tools and Poka-Yoke tools provides us a big potential and reliability.

Added costs are reduced thanks to the automatic feeding system for the raw material from stock silos to the injection machines.

At the same time the use of dedicated and returnable packaging containers helps to preserve in a significant way the environment.
