Industrias Alegre, as a reference in the automotive sector, continues to show its continuous desire for research and incorporation of new technologies as they are the 3D printing and digital manufacturing. To make the latest technology available to its clients, Industrias Alegre collaborates with world referent companies. For this reason, the company is proud to incorporate the new HP Multi Jet Fusion 5200 3D into its machine park, becoming the first Spanish company to use the new Polypropylene material, created especially by BASF for this application.
The new PP supplied by BASF provides customers with a new and genuine additive manufacturing material offering the same capabilities as PP commonly used in plastic injection. Within the automotive sector, the same PP can be used for prototyping and the production of final parts.
In this way and taking advantage of all the possibilities offered by this technology, Industrias Alegre maintains its vision of the future in continuing to reinforce its commitment to the automotive industry, further to explore new sectors where new customers and markest can be reached.
At the same time, Industrias Alegre, betting on open innovation, wants to share its learning, so it will also participate together with HP and BASF in different meetings where the launch of the new material and all its possibilities will be presented.
