A minute's silence in memory of the victims of the storm

Today, October 29, exactly one year after the storm that devastated our region and left the Albal plant under mud, the Industrias Alegre team stopped work at 12:00 noon to observe a minute's silence in memory of all those who died in that tragic event.

The shared silence was a moment of contemplation and respect, but also of reflection on what we had experienced. Because that day had a profound impact on our company and its people: thirty colleagues were trapped in the factory, many lost their vehicles or homes, and we all faced the titanic task of rebuilding what had been lost.

Unity is our greatest asset

Twelve months later, the unity of the entire team is what has allowed us to get back on track, stronger and better prepared for the future. Today, the plant is operational, with new equipment and optimized processes, but above all, with a reinforced conviction: that the strength of this team is its greatest asset.

The minute of silence reminded us that, although the factory was reborn from the mud, we must not forget the human cost left behind by that flood. To those who are no longer with us, and to all those who helped us move forward, we offer our most sincere tribute.
