On the afternoon of October 29, 2024, our plant was flooded and rendered inoperable. Thirty people were trapped. When they were rescued, the priority was clear: protect people and restore supply to customers without breaking the value chain. With the perspective that time gives us, we know that the key to rebuilding was making quick decisions and executing with discipline.
For two years, various professionals from our plants in Albal and Poland have completed 128 hours of training designed by Industrias Alegre to promote internal talent. It has been a program that has combined strategy, leadership, innovation, and diverse skills. The closing ceremony was held on December 11 with the presentation of diplomas and testimonials that summarize the spirit of the academy: learning, teamwork, and vision for the future.

Today, October 29, exactly one year after the storm that devastated our region and left the Albal plant under mud, the Industrias Alegre team stopped work at 12:00 noon to observe a minute's silence in memory of all those who died in that tragic event.

Last Friday, September 19, we at Industrias Alegre experienced a day that we will never forget. After months of collective effort to overcome the consequences of the flood that paralyzed our plant in Albal, we celebrated the reactivation of our facilities with a big party where we gathered with workers, families, customers, suppliers, and volunteers.
It is September 2025 and our plant in Almussafes (Valencia) is in full production after the catastrophic flood of October 2024. We have rebuilt this plastic injection molding factory, a benchmark in the automotive industry, in record time. We have gone from mud to efficiency in less than a year and have been reborn with new equipment, improved facilities, and optimized processes. And all this has been possible thanks to a committed team that has set an amazing example of industrial resilience and commitment to customers. A team that allows us to say that today we are better prepared for the future.
