Our colleague and commercial director of the company, Mónica Alegre, has been appointed chair of the Construction Industry Commission of SERNAUTO, the Spanish Association of Automotive Suppliers. This entity brings together companies that, like Industrias Alegre, collaborate directly with vehicle manufacturers and play a key role in the technological and sustainable transformation of the sector.

SERNAUTO, which brings together more than 600 companies in the sector, represents 75% of the total turnover of automotive suppliers in Spain and is one of the leading industrial organizations in Europe.

From her new position at this organization, Mónica Alegre will promote dialogue between the different links in the value chain and foster the competitiveness of Spanish industry at a time of profound change in the sector.

The commitment to associationism continues

This new appointment reinforces Mónica Alegre's long history of commitment to associations linked to the automotive industry. Between 2018 and 2023, she chaired AVIA, the Automotive and Mobility Cluster of the Valencian Community, where she promoted cooperation between companies, technology centers, and universities to advance toward more innovative and sustainable mobility.
