—hard trim parts for the Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus, the production of which required unquestionable quality. Successfully accomplishing that task laid the foundation for our continued advancement toward more sophisticated technologies.

These are the capabilities that set Alegre Poland apart today:

1. The technology that defines the plant today is injection molding with fabric. The latest technology adopted by our Polish subsidiary is a process that allows a textile sheet to be integrated into the injection molding process, so that its finish becomes the final surface of the part. The goal is for the part to emerge from the mold ready for assembly, without the need for post-production. This is a highly demanding technology that is increasingly sought after by the premium automotive segment.
2. Another technology that has had a major impact in Wrocław is two-component manufacturing (2K) for HEPA filtration systems—high-efficiency filters capable of trapping ultrafine contaminants.
3. Gas-assisted injection molding (GAIM) is already a long-standing process at the Polish plant—its first major leap forward. It enables the production of lighter components: exactly what the automotive industry of the future is looking for.
4. In addition to these technologies are the processes of spoiler assembly and overmolding on aluminum, which have very valuable direct applications in both the automotive and home appliance industries.

What ties all these processes together is a consistent focus on more complex projects, which require greater process control and a higher level of responsiveness. Wroclaw has gradually adopted this mindset, recognizing that each new technology brings with it new demands.

The result is a plant with a technical capability that would have been hard to imagine ten years ago. That evolution is the result of building a great team before adding complexity.
