Start of the second edition of our Talent Academy

On January 25, the second edition of this special training plan that Industrias Alegre launched a couple of years ago was inaugurated. With this training, tailor-made and with prestigious teachers, the company wants to promote the professional development of people and give them a leading role in the future of the company.

The second edition of Industrias Alegre's Talent Academy kicked off at the end of January in an event aimed at welcoming its eight participants. The importance that the company wants to give to this training is evidenced by the presence at the event of the company's president, Mrs. Natalia Olmos, and our CEO.

A HIGHLY DEMANDING PROGRAM

It was the official welcome to a very demanding training program that has been designed between the company's management and the Human Resources department, with the participation of ESIC Business School, Talenmo and CEGOS. This training team will be responsible for training and enriching the participants with its know-how in competency-based management.

The protagonists of the 2024-2025 program, which is conducted entirely in English, belong to the Albal and Wroclaw plants. We are talking about Rosa Belda, Alejandro Espert, Sonia Gregorio, Violeta Kuzmina, Victor Perez, Kamil Baran, Dominik Grzelak and Magdalena Kaczmarczyk.

This group feels privileged, but its members also know that they will have to make a great effort to be able to combine the training sessions with their daily professional responsibilities.

AN OPPORTUNITY RECOGNIZED BY ITS PROTAGONISTS

And this effort is not something they have to imagine, but has already been personally conveyed to them by those who took part in the first edition of the Talent Academy, which lasted 2 years and 130 hours of training, bringing together finance, quality, process, sales and engineering managers in a format that was new for the company and which has had an excellent result. Proof of this are the comments received:

Julián Herrero and Manuel Casasús highlighted precisely the opportunity to work alongside people from other departments, while Elena Avellaneda emphasized that it has been an opportunity for personal and professional growth, as did Luz Fons. For Héctor Fernández, the program has opened windows from which he can now look to the future, while José Luis Albert and Nuria Dasí feel that the working group that has been formed during the training can become a powerful engine for collaboration within the company.

The assessment of the experience is very interesting. Now comes the turn of this second edition that starts with high expectations and whose protagonists we wish encouragement and luck in the effort.
