The metal industry, expectant about the progress of plastics
The introduction of composite materials in the automotive industry is generating a lot of expectation, as shown in the latest issues of Metalindustria magazine.
At Industrias Alegre we believe that all plastic materials (including recovered ones) will play a major role in the immediate future in the electric vehicle due to their lightness, processability and high mechanical properties. In this regard, fiber-reinforced plastics receive special attention. We know that batteries still have a long way to go, and in this context, plastic materials have great competitive advantages.
