Industrias Alegre, an expert in plastics manufacturing, and TactoTek, a world leader in smart surface technology, have signed a collaboration agreement to offer advanced solutions with integrated electronics for the automotive and other demanding industries.
Starting up a production project as complex as this one has meant for our company to take on several challenges. But it has also made us finalists in such prestigious national awards as the Advanced Manufacturing Awards, which recognize the most disruptive companies in the production process.
Sustainability, a challenge that challenges society, has a very concrete translation for Industrias Alegre, as it is an essential part of our strategy. We have internally organized up to three different plans that, as manufacturers, will allow us to put lighter, more environmentally friendly products on the market, capable of offering more added value to our customers. And all this while working to drastically reduce our carbon footprint.

Last June, the Governing Board and the Honors Committee met at AVEP's headquarters. On the agenda, of great importance for the plastics sector, was the evaluation of nominations for the recognition of the Granza de Oro, the award with which the association recognizes people who have dedicated their lives to develop and promote the plastics sector.
Since this summer we have been members of the ITE and we hope to collaborate closely both with the institution and with the rest of the members. We want to contribute with our energy and our knowledge! Because we know that, in this moment in which we are moving towards clean energies, the union will allow us to go further.
